For a big ballsy event, we needed a big ballsy burger! It starts with our fresh brioche bun and a big juicy all-beef patty! We aren't timid with piling the ingredients high on this bad boy! On top of that patty is a heaping stack of pastrami, beer battered onion rings, smoked Gouda and a nice slather of our house fancy pants sauce! You might want to wear a bib! This bangin’ smorgasbord comes with your choice of a side!

So, throw on your favorite Beer Savage shirt or just buy one here at the pop up mercy booth! We’ll save you a stool! And make sure you pick up our collab pin while you're here. Fundamental Observation- Bottle Logic Brewing
BBA Imperial Stout, 13.6% ABV
Imperial stout blended with Madagascar vanilla beans & aged in bourbon barrels.

Surf Break Pale - Left Coast Brewing
Pale Ale, 5% ABV
West Coast style pale ale with a thirst quenching hop flavor that is easy drinking and has a crisp finish. Hop flavors of blueberry, papaya, and rose blossom enhance the honeydew and strawberry aroma.

SC Haze - Left Coast/Artifex/Pizza Port/Lost Wind Collab
Hazy IPA, 6.7% ABV
Aroma of orange on the nose with complimentary notes of passionfruit, mango, and peach. Blasts of citrus fruit, quickly followed by spicy grapefruit and dankness. Cloudy goodness that finishes smooth. Brewed with Galaxy, Mosaic, and Huell Melon Hops

The Seagull Has Landed - Artifex
IPA, 6.5% ABV
West Coast-style IPA brewed in collaboration with The Regal Seagull. Simcoe, Citra and Mosaic give this IPA a citrusy refreshing finish!

Chocolate City NITRO - Artifex
Porter, 5% ABV
A complex, malty dark beer with a lightly burnt character. The nitro bubble gives it a creamy milky sweetness.

La Vie En Rose’ - Pure Brewing
Saison, 6.5% ABV
A Costa Rican inspired recipe, this traditional farmhouse style Saison features a dry finish. Brewed with locally sourced Raw Orange Blossom Honey from Mikolich Family Farms, Organic Hibiscus Flowers from Burkina Faso, and wild crafted Grains of Paradise from Morocco.

Hype Verse - Pure Brewing
IPA, 6.8% ABV
Slovenia "Cardinal" Hop along with Ekuanot and Mosaic. Forward tropical fruits on the nose and backs them up with a complex blend of citrus, pine and subtle spicy notes on the palate followed by a noticeable bitterness on the backend.

Shark Bite - Pizza Port
Red Ale, 6.5% ABV
A robust Red ale made with Centennial and Cascade hops which lend a spicy finish to the beer.

Pickleweed - Pizza Port
IPA, 6.2% ABV
Formerly known as Offshore IPA, its brewed with oats for a creamy mouthfeel and Citra, Hull Melon, and Motueka hops for a tropical hop profile.

St. Lausen - Lost Wind
Belgian Strong Ale, 7.2% ABV
A slightly sweet pale golden ale with a fruity character and bubblegum aroma. A deceivingly dry finish.

TropiClemente- Lost Wind
IPA, 6.7%
Tropical fruit goodness. Packed with mango and passionfruit aromas, this IPA has a complex malt bill and is loaded with mouth awakening American hops. Aloha friends!

This Tuesday, June 6th, 2017 A.D. at The Anaheim Packing House, we are finally outgrowing our terrible twos!  Hellooo, YEAR 3 OF AWESOME CRAFT BEER AND DELICIOUS FOOD! This is a craft brew throw down that you don’t want to miss! Plus, no party would be complete without DJ Lex-A-Khan bringing the booty shakin’ hits! We couldn’t stop there though… Our kitchen had to make this night even better!

A Pig & A Pickle Walk Into A Bar
It all starts with us brining a delicious pork chop... in pickle juice! Once it’s had it’s pickle spa day and it’s nice and rested, it’s crispy-fied in country fried breading! Topped with a dollop of country pork gravy and finished with a little bouquet of pickled carrot salad! It’s over-the-top and just how we like it!!!

It’s Mint To Be
We needed a Birthday dessert bursting with YUMMY-NESS and the kitchen delivered! They scoured the earth for every last Andes bars (*A nod to Anaheim’s official mascot - Andy Anaheim!). We chopped them up and infused them into our fluffy Belgian waffle. This masterpiece is topped with a heaping scoop of chocolate cookie mint ice cream, a kiss of chocolate drizzle and a handful of chopped up Andes! It’s chocolatey, it’s minty, it’s our Birthday!!!


So, throw on your Tuesday best and your drinking hat! We’ll save you a seat for what will be an awesome night of celebrating our Birthday, craft suds, great food and our amazing Anaheim community!!! Celebration begins at 5pm and goes till close!

Our little Iron Press Anaheim baby is officially turning 3 years old! That’s right!... For 3 years, we have been filling our 24 taps with nothing but delicious craft beer and serving up the best pub grub we can! This calls for an all out specialty throw down on Tuesday, June 6th, 2017 A.D. at the Packing House! We’re busting out some of the BIGGEST and RAREST brewskis from the depths of our cave of hops! 

So, mark your calendars and check out this brew lineup that you are not gonna want to miss!

Nelson - Alpine
IPA, 7% ABV
This is a half barrel direct from Alpine! A golden Rye IPA hopped with Nelson Sauvin. The Nelson hop is generously used throughout the brewing and dry-hopping of this unique beer. European Rye is added for a smooth, malty addition to flavor. 

Murklands - Pure Project Brewing
Hazy IPA, 5.5% ABV
An East Coast version of Pure’s Badlands Rye Pale Ale with Organic Rye. Our Rye features CTZ, Centennial and Citra hops to produce a dank hop aroma with a crushable spicy rye backbone. 

Sans Pagaie - The Bruery Terreux
Sour, 5.8% ABV
A sour blonde ale aged in barrels with cherries. It’s funky, fruity and creamy - like cheesecake!

2016 Helldorado - Firestone
Blonde Barley Wine, 11.8% ABV
Bready, honey flavors of pale malts pull out rich wildflower honey, vanilla and coconut notes from the oak, creating an overall flavor evocative of bourbon-glazed graham crackers.

2016 Java Deluxe - Ritual
Double Imperial Stout, 12.2% ABV
Big, bold and tasty, but smooth for being 12.2% - Extremely rich and coffee forward.

2016 B.B.A. Devil’s Teeth w/ Coffee - Modern Times
Strong Ale, 10% ABV
A hybrid of an Old Ale and an Imperial Stout, two English beer styles designed to withstand long voyages and dark winters. It brings rich maltiness & robust roastiness in a thick, tongue-coating, aggressively flavorful package. Added is Black House Blend coffee.

2016 B.B.A. Devil’s Teeth w/ Almond, Vanilla & Cocoa - Modern Times
Strong Ale, 10% ABV
A hybrid of an Old Ale and an Imperial Stout, two English beer styles designed to withstand long voyages and dark winters. It brings rich maltiness & robust roastiness in a thick, tongue-coating, aggressively flavorful package. Added is almond, vanilla and cocoa flavors.

Tart of Darkness w/ Raspberry & Cacao - The Bruery Terreux
Sour, 11.6% ABV
Aged in oak and brewed to resemble a stout at it’s foundation. This special edition was aged with raspberries, cacao nibs and vanilla beans, imparting ripe, velvety notes to our awesomely dark and roasty sour stout.

2016 Darkstar November - Bottle Logic
Imperial Stout, 13.7% ABV
Snippets of sweet molasses, spicy rye, velvety vanilla and bourbon-soaked chocolate oak are very upfront and enjoyable in this beast of an Imperial Stout. A highly sought after beer, we feel lucky to be able to offer it to our customers.

Hostile Intent - Bottle Logic
Berliner Weisse, 4.9% ABV
A Tart Wheat Ale featuring intergalactic star fruit and beams of bright kiwi!
Kettle-soured for a sinister acidity, this otherworldly combination is delicious!

2016 Kriek - Cascade
Flanders Red Ale, 8.2% ABV
A blend of red ales aged in oak barrels for up to eight months, then aged on fresh Bing and sour pie cherries for an additional eight months. Tart, sweet and packs a punch!

Tangerine Dream - Cascade
Sour, 11% ABV
This easy drinking NW style sour ale was aged in rum barrels for 20 months with tangerine zest, then blended with our Apricot Ale. Rich rum spice and warmth lead to a lingering sweet tangerine finish like warm sand. 

120 Minute - Dogfish
Imperial IPA, 15-20% ABV
Continuously hopped with a copious amount of high-alpha American hops throughout the boil and whirlpool, and then dry-hopped with another pallet of hops. Unfiltered and abundantly hoppy!

2016 Cellar 3: Oculus Sauvage Black Currant - Green Flash
Sour, 10.7% ABV
Based on a Belgian-style IPA/tripel hybrid, aged in red wine barrels for 21 months with Brettanomyces. Barrel-drawn notes of vanilla and French oak tannins. Wild yeast imparts a barnyard funk with hints of apple orchard that linger in the finish.

Tusk & Grain w/ Vanilla Beans - Saint Archer
Stout, 13.4% ABV
Aged in bourbon barrels.  This beer is an intense mix of charred oak, chocolate, vanilla, caramel and smoke. One sip has more flavor than your average case of beer.

Bretta Rose - Firestone
Berliner Weisse, 5.3% ABV
Acidified and matured in French oak puncheons for 6 months. The addition of 1000 lbs. of fresh raspberries, allow a secondary wild fermentation for 4 more months.  A crisp effervescent concoction, bursting with raspberry perfume and flavor, a rosé color, bracing acidity, and a clean and refreshing finish.

2016 Mokasida Coffee Speedway Stout - Alesmith
Double Imperial Stout, 12% ABV
Subtle characteristics of East African beans  paired with the chocolate and roast character of our imperial stout, Mokasida imparts notes of cocoa, blueberry, and sweet potatoes to make a truly unique beer.

Ground State - Bottle Logic
Double Imperial Stout, 13.4% ABV
Vermont maple syrup was added right into the brew for a beam of subtle sweetness against the earthy bitterness of barrel-aged Coldbot Coffee beans!   Aged in bourbon barrels with just a handful of Madagascar vanilla beans and finished on cacao nibs and Coldbot Coffee's Salvadorian + Guatemalan coffee beans.


All these incredible brews, plus we have some amazing dinner and dessert specials for the event as well! All in all it is going to be one over-the-top evening of great suds, great food and celebrating three years of great friendship! Oh and don’t worry!... We made sure to invite everyone’s favorite turntable specialist, DJ LexAKhan! So, come on down and let’s get our booty shakin’ on!

It’s one of our favorite neighbor’s Birthday Month, so we thought it was only necessary to keep the party going!!! The Bruery turned 9 years old and we can’t think of a better way to celebrate than to throw their delicious specialty suds on draft and go to town! Berliner Weisse
A light ale with bright, tart and refreshing flavors from lactobacillus, a hint of brettanomyces. Aged in oak foeders.

Frucht Guava (4.5%)
Berliner Weisse
Oak folder-aged berlin style tart wheat beer and packed with copious amounts of tart guava.

Goses Are Red (5.3%)
Gose
This is a rosé - and a gose - mash-up. Funky, crisp and tart with the soft sweetness of a rosé wine. This refreshing wheat-based beer is sweet, salty, spiced and tart.

Hoppy Obligation (5.6%)
Vermont Style Pale Ale
A cloudy Vermont-style pale ale with a heavy dosing of Simcoe, Citra and Mosaic hops.

Guava Libre (7.5%)
Imperial Cream Ale
A Bruery and Funky Buddha collab. Flavors reminiscent of a Cuban guava pastry. They included lactose and vanilla to impart sweet, custard-like ribbons, and guava for filling its conceptual authenticity. 

Sour In the Rye with Boysenberry (7.6%)
Wild Ale
Pleasantly sour with notes of berry, tart cherry, rustic earth and vanilla notes from a year-plus of barrel aging.

Mischief (8.5%)
Belgian Ale
This wickedly good golden ale is dry-hopped to add a layer of complexity and mystery to its fruity, dry Belgian-style character. Citrus and resin diabolically combine with ripe melon, pear and slight peppery spice in a precariously effervescent mixture. 

Valise (10.5%)
Sour Blonde
A wine-inspired sour ale with Viognier grapes. Boasting floral and stone fruit flavors that the fuller-bodied white wine is known for, all the while retaining the complexities of a wild, sour blonde ale.

Imperial Stout
 A well balanced orange-chocolate flavor profile brought out by the use of orange zest, vanilla and TCHO cacao nibs. 

Mash And Vanilla (13.3%)
Barleywine
A classic bourbon barrel-aged barleywine - kicked up a notch.  Oaky, sticky, coconutty and sweet flavors are amplified by its barrel character with the addition of fresh vanilla beans. 

Saule (16.1%)
Bourbon Barrel-aged Old Ale
Brewed for their 9th anniversary, aged in bourbon barrels and blended using the solera method. Robust and complex flavors of toffee, caramel, dark fruit, vanilla and oak.

2013 Black Tuesday (19.9%)
Bourbon Barrel-aged Imperial Stout
Rich caramel, toasted malt, vanilla, burnt wood and anise are just a few of the many flavors in this rich, decadent imperial stout.
