We have been getting our hands dirty lately and have been testing out a different kind of press. Instead of only waffle presses, we have brought in a nice big panini press to give our customers a bit more spice to their lives via variety!
Eric rocked out a rad Reuben on marble rye from Dean of OC Baking already, and what you see above was our first pressed sandwich - Smoked Turkey Club. So, if you're not feeling waffly next time you're in, ask for your sammy pressed on sourdough or wheat!
