PUMPKIN DEAD
Pumpkin Lager, 5.8% ABV

A dark copper lager with a light body and bursting with big flavors. a delicious blend of pumpkin, nutmeg, allspice and Munich malt come together to create a rich toasty finish.


UNA MAS AMBER LAGER
Amber Lager, 5.8%
Styled after the Amber Lagers from south of the border. This beer is complex with rich color, toasty, wheaty flavors, that drinks very smooth and crisp.
 

PINK BIKINI
American Wheat, 6% ABV
Unfiltered and naturally cloudy, this refreshing, bready & raspberry beer is crisp and easy to drink.
 

TRESTLES IPA
American IPA, 6.8% ABV
Light bodied, clean and pleasantly hoppy. It’s hop profile is a mixture of CTZ, Chinook, Simcoe & Centennial. They even end it with a nice plentiful dry hopping.
 

SOUTH COUNTY IPA
American IPA, 7% ABV
A delicious collaboration IPA by Left Coast, Artifex & Pizza Port San Clemente! Made in honor of this year’s OC Brew Ha Ha. It’s choc-full of their favorite hops varieties: Mosaic, Nelson, Simcoe, Columbus, Centennial & Cascade. It’s bursting with flavors like citrus, pine, tropical fruit and gooseberries. 

 

VOODOO AMERICAN STOUT
American Stout, 8% ABV

A full bodied, dark brew that is rich and malty with plenty of roasted barley character. You’ll be spellbound by the chocolate and coffee flavors.
 

VOODOO STOUT aged in AMERICAN OAK BARRELS with COCONUT
Barrel Aged American Stout, 8% ABV
Aged in American oak char barrels with the addition of toasted coconut, this rich stout just got even better. (We didn’t think it was possible!) Roasted dark chocolate flavors with creamy vanilla, cherry and coffee and of course coconut.
 

IPA TIME
Double IPA, 8.4% ABV
Flavors for grapefruit and resinous dank. This Double IPA has an unmistakable Pacific Northwest hop blend. It’s aroma and flavor is citrus and piney, with a nice malty finish.
 

HOP JUICE
Double IPA, 9.7% ABV
This hop monster uses premium malt and grains, along with 5 different hop varieties and it spends 2 weeks dry hopping in the fermenter. It starts sweet and then finishes with a crisp bitterness.



ALE EPETOIS
Imperial Stout, 10% ABV
Opaque black and dense with flavor! You’ll immediately taste molasses, roasted malt chocolate, espresso, dark fruit and light creaminess. It’s a delicious and velvety sipper.

 

ASYLUM
Belgian Tripel, 11.8% ABV
Don’t let this light bodied Belgian deceive you. It’s sweet with spicy and complex fruitiness, all derived from Left Coast’s very own Belgian yeast strain.
