So, it’s official!... The Anaheim Iron Press has turned 1 year old!  We can’t think of any better way to celebrate than to have one of our all-out tap takeover ragers! Check it out!

On June 9th, 2015 A.D., from 5 P.M. to 10 P.M. at our Anaheim location, we’ll be taking off our normally awesome line-up of craft beers and replacing it with even more awesome beers.  We are talking the biggest and rarest beers we could get our hands on.  These are all one-offs and beers that normally don’t leave the breweries’ tasting rooms!  We even have three specialty casks that we’ll be pouring from that are being driven up to us from Ballast Point, Karl Strauss and Mike Hess! Take this week to get your taste buds and liver ready to ingest some of the finest craft beer your lips will ever have the honor of meeting!  Check out the amazing line-up we’ll have on tap...

Noble Ale Works - Soda Jerk 
Cream Ale, 4.5% ABV

new EXCLUSIVE released by Noble and we are the very 1st to have it on tap. It’s a vanilla cream soda ale and it’s DELICIOUS!  It’s like a cream soda and a beer had a delicious baby!

Chimay - Gold
Golden Ale, 4.8% ABV

once only available to the Trappist Monks who brewed it, this beer now has a super limited release.  It’s golden and light with a slight touch of hops and a spicy aroma.  We’re excited to have such a coveted brew on tap!

Bottle Logic - Mixed Signals
Blonde Fruit Ale, 4.8% ABV, 15 IBUs

light golden in color. Brewed with hundreds of pounds of fruit. This peach tropical tea flavored ale is light, refreshing and fruity.

Lost Abbey - Red Poppy 
Red Flanders, 5% ABV

brown ale base with an explosion of sour cherry flavors and aromas.  Hints of vanilla, tannins and sourness.  Aged in oak barrels for over 6 months.

Bottle Logic - POG Juice
IPA, 5.2% ABV

this delicious IPA is brewed with pineapple, orange & guava - giving it a tropical finish that pairs perfectly with the hops.

Alpine Brewing - Hoppy Birthday
American Pale Ale, 5.25% ABV

we just had to!... It’s our BIRTHDAY! A crisp pale ale that has been generously dry hopped. Delicious notes & aromas of tropical fruit, with a nice dry finish.

Anderson Valley - Horse Tongue Wheat  
Brettanomyces Wheat Beer, 5.3% ABV

light and funky would best describe this beer. Fermented with Belgian yeast for 6 months and then aged another 6 months with wild yeast.

Monkish - 2014 Selah
Saison, 6.8% ABV

a wheat farmhouse saison with brettanomyces & gently dry hopped with Galaxy, Mosaic, Sorachi Ace. This keg has been aged a year for peak flavors!

Ritual - Fat Hog
Barley Wine, 6.8% ABV

we’ve been sitting on this keg for a while now, just waiting for the right occasion!  The aging adds to the caramel sweet booziness. A nice addition of hops give it a lingering bitter finish that balances the malty sweetness.

Anderson Valley - Rye Bourbon Barrel Stout
Barrel Aged Stout, 8.5% ABV, 15 IBUs

aged for 6 months in Wild Turkey Rye Bourbon Barrels.  This is a rich, luxurious stout that boasts aromas of roasted espresso and freshly baked bread.

Lost Coast - 25th Silver Anniversary Belgian
Belgian Strong Dark, 8.8% ABV, 18 IBUs

a Belgian ale brewed with Belgian & American Malts, perfectly balanced with European hops and traditional Trappist Ale yeast for a ripe, rich fruitiness.

Drakes - Abominably Jolly Imperial White IPA
Imperial IPA, 9.5% ABV, 90 IBUs

a good healthy dose of New Zealand and American hops make this delicious wheaty beer have an overwhelming essences of tropical fruit and finishes with a  slight pine and orange flavor.  

Hangar 24 - 2013 5th Anniversary Slow Roll
Belgian Golden, 11.9% ABV, 18 IBUs

this fruity, complex ale evolved over time to its present state – hence the name, Slow Roll.  Hangar 24 has been saving this for 2 years and we were lucky enough for them to give it to us to share with all of you. Aromas of pear, banana and spice with flavors of caramel and bourbon.  Complex and delicious!

Firestone - Helldorado
Imperial Blonde/Blonde Barley Wine, 12% ABV

at first glance this beer looks light, but thanks to it’s barrel aging - it pack a delicious punch of vanilla, honey, rich char and boozy deliciousness.

Left Coast - Barrel Aged Asylum with coffee beans
Belgian Tripel, 12% ABV

their famous Belgian Tripel Asylum, but with the addition of barrel aging and fresh coffee. The roastiness is balanced out by the fruit and bready flavors from the Belgian yeast. 

Lagunitas - Scare City #3 High West-ified
Imperial Coffee Stout, 12.1% ABV

aged in High West Distillery rye whiskey barrel and choc’ full of Petaluma coffee. This stout is rich, robust, roasty and has a delicious sweet boozy finish.

Ritual - Java Deluxe
Imperial Oatmeal Stout, 12.2% ABV, 85 IBUs

Ritual’s Big Deluxe stout, but with the addition of Portola Coffee. Can you say, “YUM!”  Roasty and complex. This stout packs a punch of roasty coffee flavors.

Lost Abbey - Track 8 
Barrel Aged Strong Ale, 13.7% ABV

the bourbon barrel aged version of Judgement Day. They also add cinnamon sticks and dried chili peppers, which gives the beer an oatmeal raisin cookies flavor. 

The Bruery - Cuivre
Old Ale, 16.2% ABV

this Bruery’s 7th Anniversary beer aged 100% in bourbon barrels. Rich notes of caramel, vanilla, bourbon, floral, woodsy. A sipper for sure. We stashed this keg away as soon as they released it and have been saving it for our Birthday!

... and the beer doesn’t stop there!
We’ll have those 3 casks and maybe some special surprises! When you get hungry, we got you covered there too! We have some great food specials lined up as well. And of course, our very favorite boss DJ, DJ LexaKhan will be there spinnin’ tunes! Get your party hats on and be ready for a fun night with your favorite beertenders! We can’t wait to blow out our birthday waffle (Oops! we meant “cake”) with you!!
