We'll be slinging Anderson Valley's tasty brews from 5 PM - 10 PM this Tuesday, September 15th, 2015 A.D. Don't miss out! THE KIMMIE, THE YINK, & THE HOLY GOSE
GOSE, ABV 4.2%
with a bright, golden color and creamy head, the earthy wood undertones in this Gose develop into a light mineral aroma with a hint of lemon zest and tropical fruit; flavors of guava and peach are followed by a slight sea salt dryness and lemon sourness that is enhanced by coriander and post-fermentation additions of salt.
SEASONAL SESSION ALE, ABV 5%, 6 IBU
a slightly sweet, malty session beer with a creamy mouth feel and clean finish. hints of caramel in the nose and a touch of spice, it’s become affectionately known as “cream soda for adults”. the superior drinkability makes for an ultimate refreshment on a hot summer day.
SAISON, ABV 5.4%, 30 IBU
unfiltered ale, brewed with fresh oats, rye and barley with select hops and spices, such as coriander, star anise, and organic ginger. it's drinkability is sure to refresh all beer lovers alike.
DARK LAGER, ABV 5.5%, 25 IBU
Midnight Wheat malt gives this complex lager its dark brown color; a lighter body and unique, toasty flavor. German Pilsner malt and Saaz hops round it out to
produce a crisp, clean finish and smooth drinkability that is perfect for any occasion.
AMBER, ABV 5.8%, 16 IBU
rich, crystal malts give this beer a deep copper hue and contribute a slight caramel sweetness while the herbal, spicy bitterness from carefully selected whole-cone hops impart a crisp, clean finish. hints of sun toasted grain, toffee, and fruity esters compliment the mellow, noble hop aroma.
BARNEY FLATS OATMEAL STOUT
OATMEAL STOUT, ABV 5.8%, 14 IBU
deep ebony in color with bold, roasty flavors are what serious beer drinkers expect from this style. aromas of freshly baked bread, espresso, and dried cherries meld seamlessly with rich toffee flavors and a creamy mouthfeel to create an enjoyable drinking experience.

WILD TURKEY STOUT
BOURBON BARREL STOUT, ABV 6.9%, 14 IBU
aged for three months in Wild Turkey® Bourbon barrels, this luxurious stout promotes woody, vanilla-like notes with aromas of fresh baked bread, toffee, and espresso. rich chocolate and roasted barley flavors with a fine bourbon character.
HOP OTTIN' IPA
IPA, ABV 7%, 78 IBU
brewed and dry-hopped with copious amounts of Columbus and Cascade hops, this beer is a showcase of the bright citrusy aromas, bold grapefruit and pine-like flavors, and resiny bitterness that hop heads crave. with a brilliant, deep amber color and solid malt backbone, hints of citron, roses, and bergamot climax with a dry, herbal finish in this well-balanced interpretation of a West Coast IPA.
BASIL INDIA PALE ALE

a bright and clear IPA with aromas of pine, some grapefruit, and a hint of basil. a unique and herbacious take on a classic style.
PINCHY JEEK BARL
BOURBON BARREL PUMPKIN ALE, ABV 8.5%, 20 IBU
aged for 6 months in Wild Turkey® barrels, this bourbon barrel-aged pumpkin ale is pleasantly creamy with a silky body and sweet caramel flavor. notes of coconut, vanilla, and oak compliment the tang of the spices and a hint of hops.
RYE BARREL STOUT
STOUT, ABV 8.5%, 15 IBU
pours out black topped with a tan head, with nice aromas of roasted malts, chocolate, coffee, and vanilla. tastebuds will be hit with the vanilla, sweetness from the barrel, some molasses, and hints of black peppercorn leading to a warming finish.
BROTHER DAVID TRIPLE
ABBEY STYLE ALE, ABV 10%, 15 IBU
brewed with copious amounts of pale malts as well as Belgian candi sugar, giving this beer a deep golden hue, medium body and rich mouth feel; aromas of candied orange peel, clover honey, pears, and a hint of freshly mown fields. fruity esters and spicy hop flavors balance it out leading to a peppery, citrusy finish.
