We've been bringing some of the best craft beer and gourmet waffles to the city of Anaheim for TWO years now!

That means we want to have an all out rager that is TWICE the fun! When scratching our heads on how to celebrate such a milestone, we came to the realization that there was only one option for us, and that is to do what we do best!.... Fill our draft system with the absolute BIGGEST and RAREST craft beers possible!! These are beers that you’re not going to see just anywhere. PEACH GEORGE, THE GOOD BEER CO.
WILD ALE, 4.1% ABV
A tart and fruity farmhouse ale aged in oak barrels with white peaches. Tart, refreshing and definitely peachy!

BERRY SINGLE, GOLDEN ROAD ANAHEIM
BELGIAN DUBBEL, 4.5% ABV
A specialty given to us directly from their Anaheim tasting room! A beautiful ruby color and choc’ full of flavor. The Belgian spicing marries perfectly with the pounds upon pounds of fresh raspberry used in this brew.

WILLY VANILLY, ALPINE
PALE WHEAT, 4.9% ABV
The base for this beer is Willy Wheat. They add vanilla to the tanks during aging. This easy drinker is rarely scene up here, north of San Diego. It’s refreshing and perfect for a hot day!

FILMISHMISH, THE BRUERY
WILD BLONDE, 5.8% ABV

A refreshing barrel aged sour blonde ale with apricots added. The beer's already fruity esters are enhanced by the hint of fresh apricot jam and wood shavings.

TARTARE ROUGE, BEAR REPUBLIC
WILD RED ALE, 6% ABV

Released from Foeder Number Two in Bear Republic’s spontaneous ale program. This is a sour red ale fermented using only airborne wild yeast and bacteria native to Alexander Valley in Sonoma County. Tart and refreshing!

TROPICAL PLATYPUS, ALMANAC
WILD BLONDE ALE, 6% ABV

Aged in wine barrels and oak foeders with an array of tropical fruits. With an addition of kiwi, mango, lime and passionfruit and Galaxy hops, this beer is a tropical explosion!

NELSON, ALPINE
IPA, 7% ABV

A golden Rye IPA hopped with Nelson Sauvin. The Nelson hop is generously used throughout the brewing and dry-hopping of this unique beer. European rye is added for a smooth, malty addition to flavor.

CALI-BELGIQUE aged in Reposado Tequila Barrels, STONE
BELGIAN IPA, 9.3% ABV
A light-colored ale with strong bitterness paired with the fruity and spicy esters derived from its Belgian yeast. It’s an IPA and full bodied Belgian all in the same sip. This special variation gives a nice spicy Tequila layer to an already tasty beer.

WINTER HARVEST BELGIAN TRIPLE Oak Aged with Wine Grapes, STONE
BELGIAN STRONG PALE ALE, 10.7% ABV

Brewed with Red Wine grapes and 4 strains of Brettanomyces yeast. Malty and vinous aroma with aromatic notes of black pepper and flowers from the Brettanomyces fermentation. Oak is present but subdued in the flavor, but the wine grape flavor is intense, contributing complex red fruit flavors such as cherry and raspberry, and marries in with the malty flavors of the beer.

VANILLA BEAN STOUT aged in Bourbon Barrels, AVERY
IMPERIAL STOUT, 10.8% ABV

A double dose of vanilla derived from both fresh Bourbon barrels and the trio of Tongan, Ugandan, and Mexican whole vanilla beans is complemented by essences of chocolate, caramel and molasses to round out this luxuriously silky stout.

LECHE BORRACHO, BOTTLE LOGIC
MILK STOUT, 11% ABV
Mexican mole milk stout aged in Tequila and Bourbon barrels. It's got an incredibly unique complexity, with layers of smoky cigar blend with oaky heat, while the underlying slow-burn of spicy peppers and sweet lactose. Complex and decadent!

2015 FAT HOG (Vintage), RITUAL
BARLEYWINE, 11.6% ABV

A dense, fruity bouquet, an intense flavor palate and a deep reddish-brown color. It's big malty flavors are superbly balanced by a wonderfully bittersweet hoppiness.

GROUND STATE, BOTTLE LOGIC
IMPERIAL STOUT, 12.5% ABV
Stout brewed with chocolate and cocoa nibs and aged in bourbon barrels with vanilla and coffee beans. This incredibly popular, but scarce brew will have you begging for more!

2015 HELLDORADO (Vintage), FIRESTONE
BLONDE BARLEYWINE, 13.2% ABV
Honey-infused Imperial Blonde Ale aged in Heaven Hill barrels. Boozy, sweet and delicious!

DARKSTAR NOVEMBER, BOTTLE LOGIC
IMPERIAL STOUT, 13.7% ABV
Snippets of sweet molasses, spicy rye, velvety vanilla and bourbon-soaked chocolate oak have are very upfront and enjoyable in this beast of an Imperial Stout. A highly sought after beer, we feel lucky to be able to offer it to our customers.

2015 XIX ANNIVERSARY ALE (Vintage), FIRESTONE
AMERICAN STRONG ALE, 13.8% ABV
They blended together 235 oak barrels and four different beers creating something truly complex and exceptional. This multi-dimensional beer is made up of Parabola (BBA Russian Imperial Stout), Stickee Monkee (BBA & WBA Quad), Bravo (BBA Imperial Brown) and Velvet Merkin (BBA Oatmeal Stout).

2015 BARREL ROLL HAMMERHEAD (Vintage), HANGAR 24
BARLEYWINE, 13.8% ABV
Big and complex, featuring two English caramel malts and four American hops. Hammerhead’s character is enhanced by dry hopping and then aging the deep amber liquid for six months in charred oak rye whiskey and bourbon barrels. Flavors of vanilla, toffee and rich caramel with every sip!

BOURBON COUNTY, GOOSE ISLAND
IMPERIAL STOUT, 14.2% ABV
This big stout is aged for 150 days in bourbon barrels. This beer is an intense mix of charred oak, chocolate, vanilla, caramel and smoke. One sip has more flavor than your average case of beer.

WHITE MOCHA, THE BRUERY
WHEATWINE, 16.3% ABV
A complex bourbon barrel-aged wheatwine-style ale, known as White Oak Sap, with fresh coffee beans and cacao nibs added. Rich notes of coffee and chocolate are joined by warm flavors of coconut, honey and vanilla that rise and shine on the palate.

We also have a couple other tasty tricks up our sleeve! (Can you say, “WATERMELON KEG”!?) Plus we have some amazing dinner and dessert specials for the event as well! All and all it is going to be one over-the-top evening of great beer, great food and celebrating two years of great friendship! Oh and don’t worry!... We made sure to invite everyone’s favorite turntable specialist, DJ LexAKhan!  So, come on down and let’s get our terrible two’s on!
