Our little Iron Press Anaheim baby is officially turning 3 years old! That’s right!... For 3 years, we have been filling our 24 taps with nothing but delicious craft beer and serving up the best pub grub we can! This calls for an all out specialty throw down on Tuesday, June 6th, 2017 A.D. at the Packing House! We’re busting out some of the BIGGEST and RAREST brewskis from the depths of our cave of hops! 

So, mark your calendars and check out this brew lineup that you are not gonna want to miss!

Nelson - Alpine
This is a half barrel direct from Alpine! A golden Rye IPA hopped with Nelson Sauvin. The Nelson hop is generously used throughout the brewing and dry-hopping of this unique beer. European Rye is added for a smooth, malty addition to flavor. 

Murklands - Pure Project Brewing
Hazy IPA, 5.5% ABV
An East Coast version of Pure’s Badlands Rye Pale Ale with Organic Rye. Our Rye features CTZ, Centennial and Citra hops to produce a dank hop aroma with a crushable spicy rye backbone. 

Sans Pagaie - The Bruery Terreux
Sour, 5.8% ABV
A sour blonde ale aged in barrels with cherries. It’s funky, fruity and creamy - like cheesecake!

2016 Helldorado - Firestone
Blonde Barley Wine, 11.8% ABV
Bready, honey flavors of pale malts pull out rich wildflower honey, vanilla and coconut notes from the oak, creating an overall flavor evocative of bourbon-glazed graham crackers.

2016 Java Deluxe - Ritual
Double Imperial Stout, 12.2% ABV
Big, bold and tasty, but smooth for being 12.2% - Extremely rich and coffee forward.

2016 B.B.A. Devil’s Teeth w/ Coffee - Modern Times
Strong Ale, 10% ABV
A hybrid of an Old Ale and an Imperial Stout, two English beer styles designed to withstand long voyages and dark winters. It brings rich maltiness & robust roastiness in a thick, tongue-coating, aggressively flavorful package. Added is Black House Blend coffee.

2016 B.B.A. Devil’s Teeth w/ Almond, Vanilla & Cocoa - Modern Times
Strong Ale, 10% ABV
A hybrid of an Old Ale and an Imperial Stout, two English beer styles designed to withstand long voyages and dark winters. It brings rich maltiness & robust roastiness in a thick, tongue-coating, aggressively flavorful package. Added is almond, vanilla and cocoa flavors.

Tart of Darkness w/ Raspberry & Cacao - The Bruery Terreux
Sour, 11.6% ABV
Aged in oak and brewed to resemble a stout at it’s foundation. This special edition was aged with raspberries, cacao nibs and vanilla beans, imparting ripe, velvety notes to our awesomely dark and roasty sour stout.

2016 Darkstar November - Bottle Logic
Imperial Stout, 13.7% ABV
Snippets of sweet molasses, spicy rye, velvety vanilla and bourbon-soaked chocolate oak are very upfront and enjoyable in this beast of an Imperial Stout. A highly sought after beer, we feel lucky to be able to offer it to our customers.

Hostile Intent - Bottle Logic
Berliner Weisse, 4.9% ABV
A Tart Wheat Ale featuring intergalactic star fruit and beams of bright kiwi!
Kettle-soured for a sinister acidity, this otherworldly combination is delicious!

2016 Kriek - Cascade
Flanders Red Ale, 8.2% ABV
A blend of red ales aged in oak barrels for up to eight months, then aged on fresh Bing and sour pie cherries for an additional eight months. Tart, sweet and packs a punch!

Tangerine Dream - Cascade
Sour, 11% ABV
This easy drinking NW style sour ale was aged in rum barrels for 20 months with tangerine zest, then blended with our Apricot Ale. Rich rum spice and warmth lead to a lingering sweet tangerine finish like warm sand. 

120 Minute - Dogfish
Imperial IPA, 15-20% ABV
Continuously hopped with a copious amount of high-alpha American hops throughout the boil and whirlpool, and then dry-hopped with another pallet of hops. Unfiltered and abundantly hoppy!

2016 Cellar 3: Oculus Sauvage Black Currant - Green Flash
Sour, 10.7% ABV
Based on a Belgian-style IPA/tripel hybrid, aged in red wine barrels for 21 months with Brettanomyces. Barrel-drawn notes of vanilla and French oak tannins. Wild yeast imparts a barnyard funk with hints of apple orchard that linger in the finish.

Tusk & Grain w/ Vanilla Beans - Saint Archer
Stout, 13.4% ABV
Aged in bourbon barrels.  This beer is an intense mix of charred oak, chocolate, vanilla, caramel and smoke. One sip has more flavor than your average case of beer.

Bretta Rose - Firestone
Berliner Weisse, 5.3% ABV
Acidified and matured in French oak puncheons for 6 months. The addition of 1000 lbs. of fresh raspberries, allow a secondary wild fermentation for 4 more months.  A crisp effervescent concoction, bursting with raspberry perfume and flavor, a rosé color, bracing acidity, and a clean and refreshing finish.

2016 Mokasida Coffee Speedway Stout - Alesmith
Double Imperial Stout, 12% ABV
Subtle characteristics of East African beans  paired with the chocolate and roast character of our imperial stout, Mokasida imparts notes of cocoa, blueberry, and sweet potatoes to make a truly unique beer.

Ground State - Bottle Logic
Double Imperial Stout, 13.4% ABV
Vermont maple syrup was added right into the brew for a beam of subtle sweetness against the earthy bitterness of barrel-aged Coldbot Coffee beans!   Aged in bourbon barrels with just a handful of Madagascar vanilla beans and finished on cacao nibs and Coldbot Coffee's Salvadorian + Guatemalan coffee beans.

All these incredible brews, plus we have some amazing dinner and dessert specials for the event as well! All in all it is going to be one over-the-top evening of great suds, great food and celebrating three years of great friendship! Oh and don’t worry!... We made sure to invite everyone’s favorite turntable specialist, DJ LexAKhan! So, come on down and let’s get our booty shakin’ on!
