It’s Fall y’all! Let’s bring on the heavy beers to warm us up! #BABeerDay is approaching us this Friday, October 6th, and we’re celebrating with specials and flights ALL DAY! Yup, you heard that right! For one day only we will have a bunch of barrel aged beers on tap for all you heavy hitters! And, if you feel like grubbing, our exclusive chicken wings dripping in Barrel Aged BBQ Sauce will pair well with these brews!

Here’s a nice, healthy list of barrel aged beers we’ll have on tap! We’ll have flight specials, or, if you already know what you like, solid pours to get you going!

Clown Shoes - Crasher in the Rye- Stout- 11.5%-  For 2017, we brewed the base beer, Undead Party Crasher, and replaced the smoked malt with rye malt to complement the roasted chocolate core of the brew. Then we aged the beer in 100% rye barrels to create a new version of Crasher in the Rye.  95.5 Beer Advocate score.

Knee Deep -  BA Twisted Barre- Belgian Dubbel- 11%- A smooth Belgian Dubbel, Twisted Barre has a perfect balanced medium body composed of Belgian and German malts. This beer has a dry spicy flavor held together with a caramel backbone.

Booze Brothers- Horse Blinder-  BBA Brown Sour- 7.7%-  Brown Ale base with Strawberries & Cranberries

Anderson Valley Pinchy Jeek Barl Bourbon Barrel Pumpkin Ale- BA Pumpkin Nitro - 8.5%-  Aged for 6 months in Wild Turkey® barrels, this bourbon barrel-aged pumpkin ale is pleasantly creamy with a silky body and sweet caramel flavor. The aging process imparts notes of coconut, vanilla, and oak to compliment the tang of the spices and a hint of hops, all wrapped in a smooth, round finish.

The Bruery Saule -  Old Ale-16.1%- Our ninth anniversary ale, Saule, follows in the footsteps of our anniversary releases before it, which are loosely based on an English-style old ale, fermented with our house yeast strain, aged in bourbon barrels and blended using the solera method.

Boulevard - Whiskey Barrel Stout -  Stout-  11.8%-  Over-the-top but surprisingly approachable, this twist on the classic style starts with several types of malted barley, rye, oats and wheat. Robust flavors of vanilla, espresso, whiskey, chocolate and roasted grain are balanced by hints of date and plum, with just enough hops to round it all out. Roughly one-third of the final blend is freshly brewed beer; the rest is aged for up to a year (or more!) in both first and second use whiskey casks.
